The Sydney Health app is a free Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield app that gives you fast and convenient access to your health insurance information right on your phone. With Sydney Health you can also:
- Chat with a representative in real time – It’s the easiest and fastest way to ask Anthem questions and find important plan information.
- Find more details about your benefits – Use the search function to check what your plan covers. You can also browse frequently used categories to learn more about your benefits and costs.
- Track plan usage – Check the status of your claims, view your explanation of benefits to see how your plan covered your care and see how close you are to meeting your deductible.
- Find a provider – Search for doctors, hospitals, labs, and other health professionals in your plan. You can search by name, location, and type of care. You can even filter by gender or languages spoken, and then check costs before you go to find what’s best for you.
- View and use digital ID cards for you and your dependents – You’ll always have your most current Anthem ID card handy. And you can use it just like a paper one when you visit the doctor, pay for care, and more.
