OCU Scholarships

The Office Committee Union (OCU) is committed to supporting our members and their families.  To honor this commitment, we have created the OCU Scholarship Program.  Four (4) scholarships in the amount of one thousand five hundred ($1,500.00) dollars each will be awarded to legal dependents of an OCU active, retired, or deceased member.  These dependents must be a graduating senior; college, university, technical or vocational post-secondary school freshmen, sophomore or junior, or high school graduate within the last two years.

The deadline for completed applications is no later than 3:00 pm Monday, March 11, 2024.  Applications received after this date will not be accepted even if postmarked before this date. The OCU Scholarship Committee has created an application package detailing applicant requirements and a fillable form allowing applicant to populate their information electronically before printing.  Please use the checklist in the program packet to ensure all required documents are submitted with your application.  Only complete applications that include all necessary documentation will be accepted for review by the Scholarship Committee.  All applicants must have their counselor/administrator’s signature and their own on the application.  Handwritten and incomplete packages/applications will not be accepted.  If you have any questions, please contact a member of the Scholarship Committee or Krista Dickinson at 812-377-7211.
