OCU Job Postings

As of February 1, 2023, all employees will be using the Taleo website to apply for internal jobs at Cummins.

Taleo will encompass the full job application process from applying to a new role to acceptance of an offer letter.  You can create or modify your personal profile by clicking on Access my profile which will enable Taleo to notify you about future openings based on your preferences.

All OCU positions are posted internally for 14 calendar days.​  Selection preference on all OCU job postings will be given to current OCU employees first. Once the internal OCU candidate pool has been exhausted, per the Southern Indiana OCU Labor Agreements, all other internal Cummins employees will be considered.​

Employees on the eighteen (18) month bid restriction must have their manager complete the Bid Waiver Form in order to be eligible to bid on a new OCU role.

How to withdrawal your bid from a job posting: open up Taleo, then choose the second tab at the top called “My Jobpage”.  This tab will show all the job postings you’ve bid on and will allow you to locate and select the job posting.  Once open you can withdrawal you bid and give feedback.
